You will receive an auto-generated invoice on your website dashboard or registered e-mail ID once the consignment has been delivered.

You can cancel through website or through customer care number.Cancellation will then be approved as per the terms and conditions. A cancellation fee would also be applicable if our Truck has reached client pickup location as per our policy.

Consignor or Consignee before movement of goods needs to Generate Part A & B e-way bill. E way Bill is not required for household items 

One will have to pay total sum at booking time through the various modes of payment given on our website. After completion of process when goods are delivered to their respective destination, the driver will do Otp Verification with the customer . Only after OTP Authentication within 48 hours, total sum will be transfered to vendor's account.

You can change the vehicle type after it has reached its pick-up destination at an extra cost. You will be charged a cancellation fee as per the company terms and conditions.
